TRANSPORT AND INSTALLATION
- Assembled at our factory by specialized staff, the oven arrives ready to use in your restaurant.
- After positioning, the only preparation prior to use is connecting the flue.
- The palletized structure can be moved with a forklift truck and simple manual pallet truck.
- To accommodate these ovens, the entrance doorway must be large enough for the size of your chosen model.
FUEL
Universal oven is intended for wood-fuelled cooking.
On your request, it can also be fitted with burners and fuelled with gas.
