Traditional Neapolitan ovensย have as an aesthetic feature the classic dome shape, which is also present in some Ambrogi oven models.
Internally, the baking chamber of the ovens is the result of years of study, work, experience and the choice of the most suitable materials.
Among our most popular models for those who prefer the aesthetics of traditional Neapolitan wood-fired ovens for pizzerias we find theย Napoli model. This is an oven of great aesthetic impact and available with many different aesthetic finishes.

The Napoli model is designed as a wood-burning oven, but a burner for gas cooking can be inserted upon request.

Similar, but with a distinctive conical shape is theย Gran Napoliย model.

Theย Napoli Eliteย model, on the other hand, features a large glossy white canopy and a mosaic-covered hood.
