Our wood fired pizza ovens: characteristics and special features

According to tradition, for the perfect pizza, you need to cook it for approximately 60-90 seconds at a temperature over 400 degrees.
The oven, therefore, plays an essential role in achieving the desired result.
We at Ambrogi have designed and built various oven models which are incredibly suitable to the task at hand.
Their design makes them extremely versatile since they can be placed in both traditional and modern environments and, most of all, in both new and already existing furnishings.
The materials used to make our ovens are of the very highest quality in order to ensure the best possible performance: reaching the correct temperature quickly and with the minimum power. The cooking surface, in particular, is made with refractory tiles baked at an extremely high temperature in order to deliver heat without temperature spikes, not only for a perfectly cooked pizza but also to ensure that the oven can be used continuously for all the hours envisaged.
As tradition would have it, every Ambrogi oven has a fixed surface but comes with just the right touch of modernity and innovation.

In addition, every model can be wood fired or transformed into a gas powered oven.
