Assembled at our factory by our specialists, the oven comes with an integrated pallet, arriving at your restaurant or pizzeria ready for use. And it’s also ideal for locations where we’re unable to install it ourselves. You just need to connect the flue!

Completely insulated and requiring no additional finishing, the Amalfi pizza oven has a stainless steel outer structure from the ground up, and a copper front available in a number of finishes to suit your aesthetic preference.
In addition to this unmistakable classic version, we have recently introduced a new finish. The elegant combination of steel and mosaic, with its iridescent shades, makes this oven the centrepiece in any venue. You can choose the mosaic that best suits your decor, resulting in a unique and highly impactful artisan product.
This oven is entirely clad, and therefore requires extreme care when transporting. The external structure in stainless steel with integrated pallet is designed to be easy to transport with a manual pallet truck, and the robust tubular metal stand facilitates placement using a forklift.
Relative to its interior dimensions, the Amalfi pizza oven is compact and occupies little space. The cylindrical shape makes the oven attractive and allows you to optimise the use of space by placing the opening where it is most convenient, depending on the position of the worktop.
The size and shape of the mouth are proportional to the size of the oven, to ensure minimum fuel consumption and maximum performance. On request, a round version is available. We can advise you which is more appropriate, on the basis of your working practices and the type of pizza you plan to serve.
The threshold is a useful stainless steel shelf on the front of the oven, just large enough to allow optimum handling of pizzas. Larger thresholds can be fitted for the production of tray or larger pizzas.
The structure of the oven features a spacious wood storage chamber, unencumbered by framework.
Like all our pizza ovens, the Amalfi can also be gas-fuelled.
